Kohima, October 22 (MExN): Addressing a public meeting  in Anatonger village as part of bye-election campaign, Nagaland’s Planning & Co-Ordination, Land Revenue & Parliamentary Affairs Minister Neiba Kronu today assured and pledged that the ruling government shall do all it can, to help and assist the PDA consensus candidate Lirimong Sangtam to represent the 60 Pungro-Kiphire Assembly Constituency in  Nagaland Legislative Assembly.

Kronu called upon the people of the Kiphire district not to miss this golden opportunity, adding that the ruling government is in need of such young and smart leader to usher in development in the area as Kiphire is the 'Aspirational District, a release from BJP media team informed.  

Stating that lots of natural resources and minerals can be explored and tapped for the benefit of the District, he said that that the people of Pungro-Kiphire shall reap maximum benefit, only if they have a good leader who can truly love and serve them with conviction, it said.  

Sangtam is such a leader, he asserted, according to the release.

Nagaland’s Health & Family Welfare Minister S Pangnyu Phom in his address at Anatonger and Phelungre village said that Sangtam is the official PDA candidate and made a special appeal to the people, not only to support and vote for PDA's consensus candidate, but to help him win with solid majority, it said.

 Sangtam also appealed to the people to support and help him win the elections to serve them, it added.
