Wokha, September 18 (MExN): In continuation of the points mentioned by the Kyong Hoho, in its letter to the Convenor of the Cabinet Sub-Committee (CSC) of Petroleum and Natural Gas (P&NG), on September 17, “the Kyong Hoho objects to the claim of the State government as a landowner which is stated in the Draft Modality already approved by the State Cabinet at Section 4 (2) (iii) which runs as the state government that owns wells and/or lands in a zone.” This was stated in another letter received here from Chairman, Yansathung Jami, and General Secretary, Michael Yanthan, of the Kyong Hoho.
