ABAM Youth Ministry organised ‘Lead Like Jesus’ (LLJ) Encounter for ABAM Zone 2 from February 21 to 24 in Impur.

Impur, February 26 (MExN) The Ao Baptist Arogo Mungdang (ABAM) Youth Ministry organised ‘Lead Like Jesus’ (LLJ) Encounter for ABAM Zone 2 from February 21 to 24 in Impur.
This encounter is part of a movement encouraging leaders to live, love, and lead like Jesus by embracing the role of “Servant Leaders.” A press release received here stated that it is essential to recognise that leadership is a form of influence, and every individual can positively or negatively impact others. Therefore, understanding servant leadership can offer valuable insights into how to influence people positively, ABAM Youth Ministry has been organizing this programme since 2017, it stated.
ABAM YM in collaboration with LLJ India has been offering facilitator training for aspiring leaders to become effective facilitators. A total of 28 participants from six churches attended the program, with four of them receiving facilitator training.

The facilitators for this LLJ programme were Abi Jackho, Coordinator, LLJ, Toshi Sanglir, Secretary, ABAM YM, and Teka Imchen, Coordinator, ABAM YM.
ABAM YM has expressed gratitude to LLJ for allowing the translation of the participants' book into the Ao language. This translation was dedicated by Rev Dr Mar Pongener, Executive Secretary, ABAM on February 22.
