DIMAPUR, JANUARY 19 (MExN): The 4th day of the ongoing Lotha Football Championship organised by WDFA saw wins for XI Brothers, ERSA and Friends Club.
In the first match, XI Brothers registered an easy win against Young Boys by defeating them 8-0. Mhonthung scored 7 goals for XI Brothers and scored his second hattrick of the tournament. His individual goal tally now stands at 11 goals. Wonrothung added a goal in the 67th minute.
In the second match ERSA beat Lower Senchum 4-0. Goals for ERSA came from the boots of Mhademo who scored two goals, while Eyingbemo and Yantsuthung scored a goal each for ERSA.
The match between NRSA and Vipers club ended in a 1-1 draw. The last match of the day was played between Friends Club and Restoring Boys. Friends Club won the match 3-2. An own goal in the 50th minute gave Friends club the lead and they went on win the match 3-2. Runghio and Renjamo scored for Friends club, while Ekonthung and Renbi found the net for Restoring Boys.
