WSH emergency meeting on July 2
Dimapur, July 1 (MExN); Western Sumi Hoho emergency meeting will be held on July 2 at 10:00 am at WSH Office, Chekiye. All frontal organisations under WSH such as WSH, WSKH, WSSU, WSSA, Youth Front, SOUD, all head GB and advisors, Sumi legislators and elders are directed to attend the meeting compulsory without fail.
Anti-malaria month at Tepun
Kohima, July 1 (MExN): An advocacy workshop on malaria was organized at Tepun village in Peren district on June 24 June. Local villagers, VCC members, VHC members, women leaders, church leaders, youth leaders participated in the programme. Further, sub inspector NVBDCP collected 52 blood slides and over 100 patients were treated. The patients were also distributed with anti-malaria drugs and other medicine free of cost.
Kiphire DPDB meeting deferred
Dimapur, July 1 (MExN): All the members of Kiphire District Planning & Development Board (DPDB) are informed that the Chairman, Kiphire DPDB has decided to defer the monthly DPDB meeting scheduled on July 5 till further notice for preparation and arrangement of an upcoming important programme/meeting. The DPDB members shall be accordingly informed as and when a new date is decided.
NSAMB Board meeting on July 5
Dimapur, July 1 (MExN): The Nagaland State Agricultural Marketing board is set to hold its 3rd meeting between the Board of Directors for the year 2011 on July 5 at Hotel Japhu conference hall from 11:00 AM. CN Mozhui, members secretary, NASMB, in a press release requested all the Members of the Board to attend the meeting positively.
