State VDB Assn to visit Peren
DIMAPUR, JULY 24 (MExN): The Nagaland State VDB Association will officially visit Peren District on 26 and 27 of July 2011, stated a press information from the state VDB Association General Secretary Haikube Zeliang. The first consultative meeting with VDB Secretaries from Tening block will be held on the 26th July and the second consultative meeting for Peren block will be held on 27th (morning). There will also be a consultative meeting with the Jalukie block in the evening of 27th July, it stated. The President of Peren District VDB Association has urged all VDB members to attend the meeting without fail.

Dimapur, July 24 (MExN): The Western Sumi Baptist Akukuhou Kuqhakulu (WSBAK) has informed that a combined meeting will be held on July 30 at Akuvuto Mission centre at 10:30 am to discuss matters pertaining to the 27th Annual Session cum Triennial Conference of NBCC from October 21 to 23, which is being hosted by WSBAK Youth Department. The WSBAK youth executive, planning board members, finance committee, pandal and electricity committee, beautification committee, reception committee, publicity committee, accommodation and mess committee are requested to attend the meeting without fail.

Dimapur, July 24 (MExN): The Chakroma Public Organisation (CPO) has convened an emergency meeting on Wednesday, July 27 at 10 am at the CPO Hall, Chumukedima. All frontal organisation office bearers, village council chairmen and village education committee chairmen and its members under Chakroma region are requested to attend the meeting, CPO general Secretary, Dr. N Simon has informed.

Dimapur, July 24 (MExN): Kirha Village Youth Organisation (KVYO), Airport Road, Dimapur, has vehemently condemned the brutal rape and murder of late Avino on July 21. The organisation stated that such type of inhuman act is intolerable and should be condemnable by everyone.
