DEO and SDEO (DIS) informed

Dimapur, September 27 (MExN):
All the DEO and SDEO (DIS) of the district/sub-district are informed to collect show cause notice served to bogus teachers appointed during 2002-2009 of the respective establishment for distribution to the individual teachers within September 29 to 30 and October 1 without fail. This was informed in a press release issued by Directorate of School Education, Director N Khevito Sema.

ADC Dmr informs  

Dimapur, September 27 (MExN):
The Additional Deputy Commissioner of Dimapur has informed the head of departments and head of offices in Dimapur are hereby requested to submit the incumbency list of respective departments to the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur latest by September 30 without fail.

DRDA training on Sept 29

Dimapur, September 27 (MExN):
The District Rural Development Agency (DRDA), Dimapur is organizing a day long refresher training on RD programmes on September 29 at IMC Hall from 10:00 am onwards. Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur Hushili Sema, IAS will grace the programme as guest of honour. In this regard the department has informed that village council chairman, VDB secretary, women representative to VDB and GRS worker of each village under Dimapur district are to attend the programme. Registration for the said programme would commence at the venue from 8:30 am.

KLH career guidance seminar on Oct 1

Kohima, September 27 (MExN):
Kohima Longsa hoho (KLH) is organizing a seminar on career guidance on October 1 at LCS building (Near Ao church Kohima) starting from 10:00 am. Hoho’s chairman and general secretary has informed the Hoho members and student from class IX and above to attend the seminar positively. Dr. TM Lotha chairman, Democratic Alliance of Nagaland (DAN) will be the chief guest and Orenpomo Kikon (NCS) secretary Vigilance Commission Nagaland, Renchamo P. Kikon (IPS) DIG and Worhonthung Ezung under secretary & PIO respectively are the resource persons for the seminar.

KSUK 15th general session cum freshers day

Dimapur, September 27 (MExN):
Khiamniungan Students’ Union Kohima (KSUK) held its 15th general session cum freshers day at Red Cross Complex at 10:00 am on September 24, 2011.A press note issued by KSUK stated that ER.P.J.Khiamniungan, Executive Engineer (PHED) and president Khiamniungan Gazette Officers Union graced the occasion as chief guest and T.Khumo, PS to parliamentary secretary, fisheries, relief, rehabilatation and stationary as guest of honor. The note stated that both the dynamic leaders of Khiamniungan encouraged and enlightened the students of their potentiality with their vast knowledge and experience and also to become responsible students. Thereby, becoming responsible citizen, man/woman and dynamic leaders of tomorrow. Congratulating the freshers, they also wished the students of KSUK to be successful persons in life and lead by example.

Nagaland to observe RTI week

Kohima, September 27 (DIPR):
Along with the rest of the country Nagaland will be celebrating RTI Week from October 5 to 12 throughout the State. The Commissioner has decided to observe the RTI Weeks in all the districts of Nagaland by organising seminars/functions involving all district officers and local bodies, quiz competition on RTI at College level, screening of documentary film on RTI, press meet and releases, display of banners at prominent places in the district etc.

Seothsing villagers notified

Seothsing Village Union Dimapur (SVUD) notifies to all that it is planning to attend the Revival Camp organized by the citizens of Seothsing Village commenting from September 30 to October 2, 2011 at Seothsing Village. ASHA module training conducted at Phek

Dimapur, September 27 (MExN):
District Health Society Phek has conducted the Second round of ASHA (Accredited Social Health Activist) 6th module training at Meluri Block.  Altogether 27 ASHAs attended the training, they were trained on maternal health, child health nutrition, newborn health and the role of ASHAs and its activities furthermore, and they were also trained on prevention of Malaria by Dr. Neisakho Kire District Programme Officer (NVBDCP). The Training was supervised by Chubala ASHA Nodal Officer, The resource persons were Dr. Khriezotuo Paphino (DIO), Mr. Keneingutuo Whuorie (DPM) and Jaitsisa (BPM), stated the District media officer Kutolu Nakro, District Media Officer, Phek in a press note.
