CSU6th Union assembly on Nov 9
Dimapur, November 7 (MExN): Chakhesang Students’ Union (CSU) has convened its 6th Union assembly to be co-hosted by the Chozuba Town Chakhesang Students’ Union on November 9 at 11:00 am at Vamuzo Memorial Town Hall. Assembly Secretary, Dapulu Lea in a press release has requested all affiliated Units and Subordinate bodies to send two representatives to attend the meeting and also informed that absentees would be dealt as per the 1st Union Assembly resolution. The union has also invited all the senior leaders and intellectuals for the positive outcome of the assembly.
Power failure affects OMH, NMH, AG, Dzüvurü
Kohima, November 7 (MExN): In a wake of the reported power failure in four colonies of the state capital- Old Ministers’ Hill, New Ministers’ Hill, AG and Dzüvurü, the Old Ministers’ Hill Youth Organization (OMHYO) has appealed the state government to restore the power supply at the earliest. The NMHYO stated that the residents of the four colonies are facing untold suffering due disruption of power supply for the last four days. Sources said that power supply has been affected due to the breakdown of transformer. In this, the Organization appealed the concerned department to restore power supply at the earliest in the interest of the general public.
