Dimapur, November 26 (MExN): Dimapur Chamber of Commerce & Industries (DCCI) has informed all business establishments in Dimapur not to renew their trade license till the matter is discussed and settled with the CEO, DMC with regard to the exorbitant charge of trade license fee for various categories of shops and businesses. “Any instruction from the DMC with regard to the renewal of trade license should not be adhered to. DCCI will give the final information once the matter is resolved,” stated a press note issued by DCCI general secretary. Any intimidation or harassment in connection of the trade license should be immediately reported to DCCI office at 03862 224599.
AAY food-grains for Kohima centre
Kohima, November 26 (MExN): The office of the assistant director of food & civil supplies, Kohima informed all the FPS/village councils of Kohima Centre that the AAY food-grains for two months will be released from November 28 to 29 between 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. In this connection, the assistant director Lanutoshi Jamir directed all the concerned FPS/ village councils to collect their respective quota within the stipulated period.
GPS Porterlane to be upgraded to GMS
Kohima, November 26 (MExN): The Government Primary School Porterlane, Kohima will be upgraded to that of Government Middle School on November 28 at 9:30 AM. MLA Dr. Nicky Kire, chairman Nagaland Khadi &Village Industries Board and advisor Music Task Force will grace the upgradation programme as the chief guest. The programme will be chaired by WEC chairman Shurhovol Naleo.

Dimapur, November 26 (MExN): Believers Church Dimapur Diocese Clergy conference which commenced on November 25 will conclude on November 28 at Youth Oasis Center, Eralibil Dimapur Nagaland. The resource persons for the conference are Rt. Rev. Dr. Samuel Mathew Bishop of Karnataka Diocese, Rt. Rev. Dr. Juria Bardhan Bishop of Kolkata Diocese and Rt. Rev. B. Sundar Raj Bishop of Dimapur Diocese. Altogether 245 Believers church Clergies from Nagaland, Karbi Anglong and Golaghat Assam are attending the conference.

Kohima, November 26 (MExN): The Zeliang people’s organization Kohima (ZPOK) is organizing social work at the heritage village, Kisama on 29 November in connection with the ensuing Hornbill Festival. General Secretary ZPOK, Joshua Newmai has requested all members of the community to reach the venue at 10 am positively.
