ANHTU emergency meeting
Dimapur, November 27 (MExN): An emergency meeting of All Nagaland Hindi Teacher Union (ANHTU) will be held on November 30, 2011 at Union’s office (Bharat Scout & Guides building), Bayavu Hill Kohima at 11:00 am to discuss for preparation of seniority list and Hindi Education which is not included in the new structure of the Department of School Education. All the unit President and General Secretary are requested to attend the meeting without fail. This was stated in a press note issued by Rometo Sema, president ANHTU.
Daily bus from Longchem-Mariani- Longchem
Dimapur, November 27 (MExN): In the interest of public service, the Department of State Transport through the Additional General Manager NST has introduced plying of NST Bus daily from Longchem to Mariani and back to Longchem from December 1, 2011. Interested public may avail the bus services. This was stated in a press note issued by Monglo Jamir, president 30 Alongtaki A/C.
ENSF sub-unit ENCSU formed
Dimapur, November 27 (MExN): The Eastern Naga Students’ Federation (ENSF) HQ Tuensang had formed the Eastern Nagaland College Students’ Union (ENCSU) on November 21, 2011 at Tuensang, for all the Eastern Naga college students studying in various Colleges in Nagaland. A press note issued by Hawang T. Wangsha, President, ENSF and Chongphe Angh, Finance Secretary ENSF& Convenor, Conclave Committee ENSF stated that ENSF had approved the ENCSU and given this new body (ENCSU) the status of sub-unit and also sub-unit invitee in the ENSF Federal Assembly with immediate effect for a term of two years tenure ship. The Federation in the note stated that it hopes that the ENCSU will address the needs of the college students and also wish the ENCSU and its 1st office bearers a grand success. The note mentioned that the office bearers for the Union are: President- A. S. Amos K, General Secretary- Toshikumba Chang, Assistant Finance Secretary- Ela N Phom, Education & Statistical Secretary- Trongdiba C Sangtam, representative to ENSF- Philipsomba Chang. And in the Union Assembly, Ningsanglemba Lomou was elected as Speaker, Aolen Chang and Zitilong Thonger as Deputy Speaker.
Satami Kuqhakulu advent Christmas
Dimapur, November 27 (MExN): Satami Kuqhakulu, Dimapur stated that it is going to celebrate Advent Christmas, to be hosted by Mr. and Mrs. G. Yezheto Yeputhomi, at their residence in Ekrani Pathar Village on December 3, 2011. A press note issued by K. Nikhevi Yeputho, Chairman Satami Kuqhakulu, Dimapur therefore invited all the Satami Citizens and In-Laws living in and around Dimapur to this fellowship and lunch thereafter, which will start at 12:00 pm.

RSUD executive meet held, new officials inducted
Dimapur, November 27 (MExN): The Rengma Students’ Union Dimapur (RSUD) executive meeting was held on November 24. The union in its meeting inducted new executive members for the post of Shyerhunlo Lorin as vice president, Semon Seb as education & Statistic secretary. Hengwale Seb as social& culture, Awale Khing as women coordinator, Andrew Kent as information & publicity and Obed Semp as assistant finance secretary for the tenure of 2011 to 2013. Furthermore, the union informed all its members those who wish to go for the upcoming RSU Conference from December 14 to 16 at Zisungyu are requested to contact the office bearers, informed a press note issued by the president of RSUD Gwalo Kemp.

Computerization of Tseminyu NSCB branch nearing completion
Kohima, November 27(MExN): Nagaland State Cooperative Bank Limited (NSCB) vice chairman Rajuselie Lhousa acknowledged the people of Tseminyu Sub-Division for their sincere and faithful relation in banking business, for the last 20 years of branch existence.
Speaking at the function of shifting of NSCB Branch to new building at Tseminyu Town recently, Lhousa informed the gathering about the ongoing extensive drive for achieving 100 % financial inclusion by encouraging every household to open saving account in Bank.
He also stated that he initiated the identification of SHG, JLGs & KCCs under Tseminyu branch for micro finance.
The vice chairman stated that computerization of Tseminyu branch is nearing completion and the upgradation of the Branch is under process. He assured the public, that its employees shall maintain sincerity, and quality dealing on farmers and stake holders. The vice chairman thanked R.Khing, parliamentary secretary for horticulture for gracing the occasion and extending his continuous support to the Bank and special concern for upliftment of farmers.
Besides R.Khing, speeches were also delivered by H.Singson, ADC Tseminyu; T. Imkonglemba Lkr, RCS Nagaland and BK Thadani, MD, NSCB Ltd. Vote of thanks was proposed by L. Mhonlumo Ngullie, BM, NSCB Tseminyu Branch.
