Dimapur, May 23 (MExN): Married personnel of 15th IR (Mahila) Battalion has requested to commute from homes which are located near the barracks and report to the barrack for duties. An open letter made available to the media and addressed to the Commandant, 15th IR (Mahila) Battalion Nagaland stated, “We tend to neglect our children especially infant when we live in our barracks. Apart from performing our delegated duties, we have responsibilities of our homes and also our children”. The letter requested the Commandant, “Therefore, we request your esteemed authority to kindly allow us to commute from home, which are located near the barracks and report to the barrack for duties, for which act of your kindness and sympathy we shall always remain grateful and indebted”.
