Kohima, December 22 (MExN): The Mengujuma Youth Organization (MYO) is all set to celebrate its silver jubilee from December 27 to 31 at Mengujuma Local Ground.
Roko Angami, president Nagaland Football Coaches Association (NFCA) will be the special guest while Thepfüsatuo Sechü, chairman Mengujuma Village Council will be the guest of honour.
In Naga wrestling event, the champion will fetch a cash prize of Rs. 10,000 sponsored by Seyiekhrietuo Rürhie while the 2nd position will receive Rs. 7000 sponsored by Rokoneizo Sano.
MYO and Krovi Sechü will sponsor prize money for 3rd and 4th place amounting Rs. 5000 and Rs. 3000 respectively.
Viralhou Sechü will be sponsoring cash prize for junior wrestling event.
Medals for the silver jubilee sports meet will be sponsored by Neikuolie Seyie.
The inaugural function, starting from 9:00 AM onwards on December 27, will be chaired by Mengujuma village council secretary Neinguse Mor while MYO president Kelevizo Rürhie will deliver presidential address.
Greetings will be shared by jubilee committee convenor Vitsalhou Kesiezie while MYO games & sports secretary Peteneizo Sechü will administer oath to the participating teams.
