Mokokchung, October 11 (MExN): Impur Christian Hospital (ICH) observed World Hospice and Palliative Care Day with a special programme and a free medical camp for senior citizens at the Merangkong School compound Baptist Church on October 11.

The event saw 35 elderly individuals receive essential medical care and necessary medications.

T Zulu Pastor of the Merangkong School Compound Baptist Church commended the ICH for hosting the ‘priceless’ initiative in the community. The ICH palliative care team was led by Dr Alem, Medical Officer, and coordinated by Chaplain Narola Walling.
