Kohima, May 14 (MExN): The new team of the Midland Council (Ward 9), Kohima for the tenure 2026- 2031 have been announced on May 13.
Chairman-Menuokholie Kire, vice chairman-Khrielezo Vitsu and Neilese Peki, general secretary-Thejazelie Tase, joint secretary-Keviletuo Ngukha and Saliezotuo Meru, treasurer-Kekhrieo Solo, property secretary-Khoto Ngukha, finance secretary-Vihu Meyase, information & publicity secretary-Kethokhrieto Vimera, advisors- Kopelo Krome, Medovilhou Kire and Tsao Paphino.
GBs- Neikhonyii Sote, Kekhrietuo Ngukha and Obed Kent.
Judiciary board members-Veswupoi Theyo, Thejasievi Kerhuo, Zhavotso Ltu and all sector GB, Sanitation committee convenor Sani Metha, Upper sector Victor Rutsa and Dziesetuolie Mezhier, Middle sector-Asongba Peter & Kezhanguto Ngukha, Lower sector-Neichiituolie Sophie, Madi Koso and Arietuo Kesiezie, audit committee-Vikepelhou Rutsa, Victor Sogotsu and Kikovizo Tase, Development Board-Atou Liezietsu, Zhasar Nihu, Medotso Tase, Viboto Tase and Viphrezo Zao, chairman- ex-officio, SMD Committee-Vikronyu Ltu and Avizo Makritsu.
Earlier, the handing and taking over programme of the new and outgoing office bearers took place on May 13 at Midland Community Building.
The programme was chaired by outgoing chairman Kopelo Krome while Toso Thaprii, general secretary presented secretary report. Audit report was given by Kekhwezo Tara while search committee report was given by Viphrezo Zao.
Neisalie Rossi, pastor MBCK invoked God’s blessing while vote of thanks was proposed by Tsao Paphino, outgoing vice chairman.
