Minister for PWD (Roads and Bridges) G. Kaito Aye with party leaders of the NDPP 36 Satakha Assembly Constituency on October 7.
SATAKHA, OCTOBER 7 (MExN): Minister for PWD (Roads and Bridges) G. Kaito Aye on Tuesday distributed vehicles to party leaders of the NDPP 36 Satakha Assembly Constituency in recognition of their contribution to the party’s activities.
A Mahindra Bolero was allocated to the NDPP 36 A/C President, while Maruti Suzuki Eeco vans were handed over to the Youth President and Women President of the constituency unit, a press release issued by media cell, NDPP 36 Satakha A/C stated.
The distribution ceremony was held at the Minister’s official residence in Satakha Town, where Vitoka Zhimo, Pastor of Satakha Town Baptist Church, offered dedicatory prayers. Pastor Zhimo lauded the Minister for his service to the people of Satakha and acknowledged his support towards the blacktopping of the church road and compound.
Addressing the gathering, Aye urged party workers to remain steadfast and committed to the party’s vision while working together with the Satakha Town Council and the government for the welfare and development of the people.
He said the vehicles were a token of appreciation for the dedication and hard work of party functionaries and called upon them to continue serving with sincerity and unity.
Hushito Zhimo, President of NDPP 36 Satakha A/C, expressed full support to Aye’s leadership and reiterated loyalty to the NDPP under the leadership of Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio. He also appreciated the Minister’s selfless contribution to the constituency and the district.
The programme was attended by NDPP 36 Satakha party members, representatives of Satakha Town Council, GBs, and elders.
