The Education Ministry of United Sangtam Baptist Lithro Association (USBLA) today organised school building dedication cum school inauguration at Mission compound here.
Rev C. Lima, Executive Secretary, USBLA pronounced the dedication prayer and blessed the school.
Dr Yanger, President, USBLA Athah Throzi in his remark said education is the foundation for any progressive society and with education there will be a sea of change. The initiative of the school in Kiphire will be a great boost for the citizens, he stated.
He also appealed to the gathering to take good care of the school like nurturing a tree sapling so that it grows into a big tree which will give shade to the society.
Chairman of the management committee RL Akamba, who gave the report of the school, said it was all because of the support of the believers the school could be built. He expressed hope that the school will be a channel of blessing to many. Akamba further appealed to the stakeholders to extend support so that the school grows.
Chosemong spoke on behalf of the land donors while Kipitong welcomed the gathering.
