Little Friends Montessori, Tzüsapang Mokokchung celebrated its 6th Graduation Day with Hannah Brown, from the Imchen Family, as the guest speaker at the school premises on November 29.
Hannah Brown emphasised the significance of parents in shaping and providing a firm foundation for their children. She stated that parents should spend time with their children, encourage them, and read to them. “Stories are one of the most valuable gifts we can offer our children,” she said.
She recommended parents to acquire narrative books in addition to toys for their children in order to establish and instill reading and writing habits thus strengthening their foundation.
Moanungla, spoke on behalf of the parents where she thanked the instructors for moulding the students and providing a solid foundation for a bright future. She went on to say that the school is in a handy location in one's own neighbourhood, which benefits the parents, the majority of whom are working parents.
During the program, Aienla Tzüdir, Proprietor & Teacher LFM conferred eight students as graduates. On the occasion, the schools’ Academic Star Award was presented to Tsungchir Imsong (81%) and Meyisunep (79%) while Best Discipline was presented to Susanna Pongen and Need & Tidy Award was presented to Lensanir Mollier.
