Minority Morcha, BJP Mokokchung district along with invitees from different mandals and morchas at Nature’s Park, Ungma on June 8.
Mokokchung, June 10 (MExN): Celebrating eight years of BJP Government under Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the Minority Morcha, BJP Mokokchung district organised a ‘seva, sushasan aur garibkalyan’ programme at Nature’s Park, Ungma village on June 8.
Officials from the six mandal and morchas were also invited to be a part of the programme, informed a press release from BJP Mokokchung district Minority Morcha President Rongsenyanger Aier.
The Minority Morcha President RongsenyangerAier, while speaking at the programme, said that the minority community at Mokokchung does not represent only the people from the mainland but also the people from the neighbouring districts who are residing in Mokokchung. In this regard, he said that the Minority Morcha should keep in mind all the people and ensure that different schemes under the BJP government reach every section of the society.
Speaking on behalf of the mandals, the 24 Angetyongpang Mandal President Imtichizung lauded the different mandals and morchas for successfully undertaking the different programmes entrusted by the centre and state BJP despite minimum funding. He further thanked the Minority Morcha for inviting the mandals and said that it was a good opportunity for better coordination between the different segments of the BJP, Mokokchung district.
On behalf of all the Morchas, Oyimpong Longchar pointed out the importance of Minority Morcha in the BJP setup as it represents the minority community in the party. He also mentioned the role of the minority community in the coming election and urged all the mandals not to neglect the community but ensure that the government programmes reach out to them also, the release stated.
