Mon, August 10 (DIPR): In view of Independence Day celebration at Mon the District Administration is organizing a mass social work on of August 12 from 7:00 am to 9:00 am at Mon Headquarter. In this connection, a meeting of the Government officers was held at the office chamber of ADC-I, Shejang Donegal on August 10. Active participation of the Government Departments, educational Institutions, Mon Town Council, NGOs and the general public is mandatory. At the end of the mass social work attendance of the Government employees will be conducted by the respective HODs and submit to the Deputy Commissioner. Disciplinary action will be initiated to those Government Servant found absent on that day. Six heavy vehicles would be deployed for collection and disposal of the garbage debris. Basing on the inspection report, the best performing ward would be awarded Rs. 10,000 (Ten Thousand) on August 15. All concern is requested to actively participate in the mass social work.
