Kohima, May 20 (MExN): A monsoon preparedness meeting under the Chairmanship of the Chief Secretary and Chairman SEC, NSDMA has been convened on May 21 at 2:00 pm in the Chief Secretary's Conference Hall, Nagaland Civil Secretariat, Kohima.
The following departments have been requested to make it convenient to attend the meeting: Commissioner, Home Commissioner, Director General of Police, Commissioner & Secretary, Works & Housing, Commissioner & Secretary, Health & Family Welfare, Commissioner & Secretary, Food & Civil Supplies, Chief Engineer, NH (NPWD), Chief Engineer, R&B (NPWD).
As per the DIPR report, all the Deputy Commissioners and Chairman DDMAs have been requested to join the meeting along with district head of departments through video conferencing. The link for same will be mailed to respective DDMAs e-mail, it stated.
