Vanguard FC (Old Boys) today defeated Gethemgo FC 10-0 in the first match of Game Week-9 of the ongoing 11th Morning Premier League (MPL) 2026 at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima.
Benlo netted four goals for Vanguard FC while Yhunshalo struck a hattrick. Mego contributed two goals while Shancho added another goal for the team.
