Multi-speciality medical camp held

A patient avails free medical check up during a multi speciality medical camp conducted at Mughavi village under Niuland sub-division, organised by Dream Foundation of Nagaland in association with Red Cross Society of India, Dimapur on July 9.
 
Dimapur, July 10 (MExN): The Dream Foundation of Nagaland (DFoN) in association with Red Cross Society of India, Dimapur organized a multi speciality medical camp at Mughavi village under Niuland sub-division on July 9, 2011. About 400 people from Mughavi and other neighbouring needing medical attention were treated and medicine distributed free of cost. Medical officers comprising of Dr. Sang Pongner, Dr. Wati Jamir, Dr. Caroline, Dr. Rongsenla, Dr. Kavito, Dr. Michelle, Dr. A.H. Tapadar, Dr. Zafir and Dr. Avili with assistance from staff of UMS/DPO, RNTCP and NLEP treated the patients suffering from various ailments. According to the doctors, most of the people registered were found to be suffering from eye and ear infection.         
In this regard, the organisers have thanked Mughavi village for their hospitality.  Meanwhile, the DFoN and Red Cross Society of India, Dimapur have conveyed condolence to Virender Sharma, pharmacist whose mother in-law expired while he was assisting in the conduct of
medical camp.
