KOHIMA, OCTOBER 12 (MExN): The Nagaland Archery Association (NAA) conducted the State Selection Trials at DGP Archery Ground, Police Complex, Chümoukedima on October 10.
Altogether, 39 archers from various districts competed for an opportunity to represent Nagaland State at the national level.
In total, 23 archers (12 men and 11 women) have been selected based upon their performance to participate at the 2025 Senior National Archery Championship slated to be held in the second week of December at Hyderabad.
The Association also announced that there will be a special coaching camp for the selected archers before they depart for the competition to be held at Archery Centre of Excellence, Sovima. This was stated in a release issued by Asalie Peseyie, Secretary, Nagaland Archery Association.
