Ari Keyho, a senior Christian Missionary under Chakhesang Mission Society (CMS) has spent 23 years in UP. As my family knows him intimately, he is a dedicated and humble servant of the Living God Jehovah. Presently he has been living at Bareli, UP. When the Missionary was here in Nagaland, the Hinduism activists came, broke open his house and ransacked it on September 23, 2017. His files and documents were soaked in water tank. The fundamentalists of Hinduism came with ill motive to harm or kill the Missionary had he not been out of station coincidentally by God’s providence.
The GOI has been active in taking initiatives to synchronize the anti-Islamic measures in order to curb Jihadi activities in the world involving friendly countries at international arenas. Thus, under the leadership of PM Modi, India occupies a prominent position as a strong partner of the likeminded nations in its endeavour to keep the contemporary world order. Nevertheless, the BJP’s anti-secular offensive against non-Hindu communities through its foundational tentacles as RSS, VHP, Bajrang Dal, etc. since 2014 till date is a complete contrary to India’s International stature. India vehemently accuses neighbour Pakistan for harbouring terror groups in its country even in the last UN general session. Support to India’s stance against Pakistan as abetting terrorism has grown in momentum. Yet, look at the home grown terror under the patronage of BJP which is equally destructive as that of Islamic jihad. Hindu terrorist assassinated senior lady journalist Gauri Lankesh with pistol on 5.9.2017 in front of her house in Bangaluru.
Instead of condemning the murder, the RSS and its cohorts cheered the action of the terrorists on social media. Besides, in Kerela the Hinduism activists warned the writers that those who speak and write like the victim will face the same fate. Many people died of the bullet and knife of Islamist jihadists in several countries and similarly many people belonging to religious minorities in India have died of the brutal attacks by Hinduism terrorists as such attacks were no less fatal. The offensive against the minorities in India by BJP’s terror groups are encouraged by the leader of RSS Mohan Bhagat in his address to his soldiers as I watched TV news on the Sunday morning dated 1.10.2017. Bhagat encouraged his cow vigilante groups while condemning the retaliation from their victims. In other words, BJP’s RSS has the right to kill beef eaters whereas the beef eaters have no right to resist such attacks. This is India today.
The vocabulary of Terrorism sounds more frightening and intimidating than Hinduism activist as RSS (some Nagaland Christians call it a cultural organisation) and yet both inflict same degree of harm to their victims. The Hinduism soldiers targeted the Naga Missionary but they missed him. I condemn such intolerance of BJP Govt. in UP, and such crime should be condemned by Christians in Nagaland in particular. At times it is painful to observe Christian leaders soft peddling with satanic forces.
