The Indo-Naga political talk is not a matter of good night and good morning but it is a matter of sad night to bring about good morning. The delay in bringing about a conclusion of the talk is a disillusionment when Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister of India, he promised that settlement would be within one and half year. It was not fulfilled. The historic Framework Agreement was signed on August 3, 2015 which was looked upon by all as a harbinger of an early settlement, but it has been vocal and not practiced. The goods can be delivered as the Naga people have shown their solidarity for final settlement before State election. There may be sincere problem which stands in the way of entering into the final settlement on the part of the Government of India. So it is suggested that the talk be held at a third country in accordance with the agreement and include friendly personalities of the country where the talk is held.
