The Naga Students' Union Dibrugarh (NSUD) held its Annual fresher’s day on August 24 at Little Flower School, Dibrugarh Auditorium. 


A press release received here stated that NK Kaphungkui Asst professor, Dibrugarh University Institute of Engineering and Technology (DUIET), exhorted the students gathering. Dr. Bendangjungshi, Pastor, NCF Dibrugarh) gave a special prayer for the freshers.

 
Special invitees who attended the programme were Sonowal Khachari, Study Circle President and General Secretary, Kamjyoti  Sonowal, Kailash  Kutum and Dibrugarh University Mishing  Students Union President Bikram Mili. 


The members also  attended  the  programme and  encouraged  the freshers  and  members to  stand  united and  strive  hard  to  reach  their  goal.


Earlier, Dr. Akhono Asst Professor, Department of Anthropology, Dibrugarh University pronounced the invocation and Vice President Kape Khalo gave the welcome address. 


Around 70 members along with 16 freshers from Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh University and other colleges in Dibrugarh attended the programme.
