Winners of PDSA’s 1st Naga style category wrestling competition held in Thenyizu village on March 23.

The 1st Naga style category wrestling as part of 36th meet of Phek District Sports Association (PDSA) was conducted successfully today in Thenyizu village.
It was supervised by Chakhesang Wrestling Association.
In the category of 65 kg & below, Agi Rhakho of Sekruzu Area Sports Association emerged as champion while Cusavoyi Chuzho of Chokri Area Games & Sports Association (CAGSA) stood second.
74 kg & below: Champion- Vevotso Lase of CAGSA. Second position- Nedulhu of Chozuba Area Sports Association.
86 kg & below: Champion: Vemele Thingo of CAGSA. Second position- Surhovoyi Nienu of Secheku Area Sports Association.
The champion and second position winner in each category were awarded with Rs 10,000 and Rs 5000 respectively.
