Naga support Group (UK) condemns assault on Keviletuo

Respected Nagalim citizens,

Firstly, Naga Support Group based in Great Britain, NSG (UK), condemns those cowards and thugs who shamelessly attacked and robbed the Vice President of the Naga Hoho on 28 November 2006 in Kohima. Keviletuo Kiewhuo is one of the bravest and dedicated persons who are working selflessly to protect the God-given freedom of the Naga people. It is totally unacceptable that the Khaplang group from the Burma-occupied Nagalim is determined to turn the Indian-occupied Nagalim into a place where injustice spirals and all hope retreats. It is disgraceful to see this Khaplang group murdering and attacking innocent people and endlessly churning out lies to make its presence felt. It is our hope and prayers that the strong love of God will defeat each sign of hatred prevailing in our beloved Nagalim.

Secondly, NSG (UK) was kindly informed by a member of the British nobility that the Nagas are very much in the minds of the British people. Viscount John Slim, son of Field Marshal Slim and President of the Burma Star Association (burmastar@btconnect.com), sent to me a message in which it was mentioned that he had repeatedly expressed to many of his senior Indian friends the need to solve the Naga issue amicably.

Thirdly, I wrote a long story about the illegal occupation of Nagalim by India and the consequent 50-year untold suffering of the Naga Nation under the brutal Indian military rule. A journal in London kindly published this article. This way a momentum for Nagalim is being built up here in Great Britain.

Other notable accomplishments of the NSG (UK) in recent days include the successful coordination of a special meeting between the leaders of the National Socialist Council of Nagalim and the Council of Khalistan in Europe, and also the hosting and help rendered to the friendly people of Boroland in getting the membership of the Boro Nation to the British Parliamentarians for National Self Determination. We give the credits of all these achievements to God who loves the Nagas so much.

NSG (UK) expresses here its gratitude to the Naga people for your prayer supports. And, lastly, we wish the lovely citizens of Great Nagalim A MERRY CHRISTMASS AND A PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR. May you all have a wonderful time during the festive season and a joyous 2007!
