Gold medallist Wede T Mero in Men’s 10,000m race

Wede T Mero today clinched a Gold medal for Team Nagaland in Men’s 10,000 meters race at the 1st Khelo India Tribal Games 2026 in Chhattisgarh.
Nagaland also bagged a silver medal in Archery under compound women team, represented by Rovine Domeh, Vetavolü Rhakho and Lotsülü Sazo.
In Recurve Mix team, Nagaland won Bronze, represented by Keneisao Theünuo and Ruovinuo Theünuo.
On other days, Rüduolhounuo Rachel Belho won Silver in 100m (Women) while Tsuchoi T secured Bronze in the 5000m (Women) for Nagaland.
