The Nagaland Bible College (NBC) Mokokchung celebrated the 2nd graduation service of the Institute of Inter-Cultural Studies at Discovery Hall, NBC Campus, Artang Ward on December 7.
Shilula Imchen, Associate Pastor MTBA, attended the event as the convocation speaker. In her speech, Shilula Imchen stated that ministry and mission works are for everyone who is willing to worship the Lord. ‘It should not be of the notion that only theologian graduates can do ministry. She urged the graduating students to do their best in preaching the gospel,’ she stated.
She added that there would be many people who will try to pull one down with temptations and being ridiculed for choosing the Lord's path but urged the graduates to have faith in the Lord.
During the programme, Dr Sentila, Principal NBC commissioned eight students as graduates. Mayang, Vice-principal, NBC welcomed the attendees of the graduation ceremony while Limaonen Imchen, Co-ordinator gave a brief report on IICS. Students and faculty of NBC also participated in the programme through various items.
