1. We, the Apex ten Naga Tribal Hohos re-affirmed the decision taken by the NFHRCC not to politicized the historic project in any manner whatsoever. In the event, if the same is violated by any tribes/persons the apex Hohos will not tolerate in any manner.
2. The Apex Hohos fully understood that the statements made to the effect that there is no competent contractors from the Lotha tribe is a result of statements made by the Lotha representatives. Therefore, the public should not be confused.
3. The Apex Hoho reposed the faith and confidence to the NFHRCC. Further, it is also resolved that whatever the NFHRCC acts or does the same is to be treated as an act or action of the apex Hohos.
4. The apex Hohos also warned not to personalize the matter and in the event if the same continues it will be treated as an attack to the apex Hohos and for which necessary action will be initiated.
5. It is made very clear that NFHRCC is constituted on the strength of the apex Hohos. Therefore no one is allowed to undermine the Majesty and Dignity of the NFHRCC.
6. It is also resolved by the apex Hohos that there is no reason to tender apology by the NFHRCC before any forum in respect of ongoing foothill road construction.
7. It is resolved by the apex Hohos to all the contractors and Hon’ble MLAs not to interfere with the ongoing foothill road construction.
8. It is fully established that the foothill road is extra ordinary project. Therefore the project should be executed among three organs namely: Govt., Concerned department and NFHRCC.
9. It is resolved by the apex Hohos to immediately withdraw the news statement made by the NCSU in respect of the F.H.P. Failing which the NCSU will not allow to execute any contract works within the jurisdiction of 10 tribes.
10. It is also resolved by the 10 Apex hohos to press upon the Government to immediately stop the unauthorised construction carried out by 1st class Lotha contractors.
11. It is also resolved that the 10 apex Hohos thoroughly dismissed the baseless statements made by the honourable MLA.
12. The Apex Hohos has fully uphold the Agreement entered between the NFHRCC and the Contractors. Further, it is also resolved that in the event if any Agreement/Power of Attorney is signed/entered by the Contractor(s) without the written approval of the NFHRCC the same will be treated as null and void in to-to.
