Kohima, December 16 (MExN): The Nagaland School Education Department (NBSE) has issued a directive to all heads of government schools to submit a set of reports for the 2025 academic year by December 18.
As per the order issued through the state IPR, Teachers-in-Charge, Headmasters, Assistant Headmasters, Principals and Vice Principals must submit the documents to their respective District Education Officers (DEOs) or Sub-Divisional Education Officers (SDEOs).
The required reports include an executive summary of 2025 Academic Year with class-wise data on student performance (enrolled, appeared and passed), A separate report may be submitted for High Schools and Higher Secondary Schools (enrolled and appearing HSLC and HSSLC examinations) Class-wise 2025 attendance registers from Class Nursery till Class 9. Month-wise attendance report for all teachers and staff including leave details, a sample copy of the class-wise weekly timetable, and Report on all teachers, including head of school, in regard to total number of periods taught per week (assigned classes per week) in 2025.
All DEOs and SDEOs have been directed to compile the data from schools under their jurisdiction and submit the hard copies to the Dispatch & Receipt Section, Room No. 1 (318), at the Directorate of School Education by December 22, 2025.
