Nagaland HipHop Music Festival Inception 3.0 end on a high note

The Nagaland HipHop Music Festival: Inception 3.0 registered an overwhelming success, drawing an enthusiastic crowd and marking a significant milestone in Nagaland’s music scene.

Held at RCEMPA, Jotsoma, on August 24, nearly 1000 audience including artists, crew gathered to celebrate the vibrant hip-hop culture.
The festival was organized by Table 3 and supported by title sponsor-Black Rose Enterprise. The event was powered by Task Force for Music & Arts (TaFMA), Tourism Department and Nagaland State AIDS Control Society.

The festival featured performances from top local and regional artists, creating a platform for creative expression and cultural exchange.
The lineup for this year event included a diverse mix of artists, with headliners Khasi Bloodz from Meghalaya delivering a powerful performance that captivated the audience from start to end.

Other artists performed at the event includes; Tenacious, Savizo, Psycho K4, Ning Dang Ri, ZT Slingshot, JPollnd, Renbeni, Coffee, The Knot and Nentong Konyak.

Meyisanen Lemtur assisted the event as host and DJ LIL’ Bomb as event DJ.

The Ace Crew from Kohima bagged first position in HipHop Dance Competition while Gangs of Fantastic from Manipur and Beat Kings from Chumoukedima stood 1st and 2nd runner-up title respectively.

Nabinbe from West Bengal emerged as the Champion of the 7th Nagaland Beatbox Championship and Antidote from Meghalaya as Vice Champion.

Artists from Sikkim, Manipur, Assam, West Bengal Meghalaya and Nagaland joined the competition events.

The festival successfully brought together various elements of hip-hop, from beatboxing and break dancing to rap and graffiti art, showcasing the diverse and dynamic nature of the culture.

The success of Inception 3.0 is a testament to the dedication and hard work of the entire Table 3 team, along with our partners, sponsors, and volunteers, the organizer stated.

The event was held in collaboration and support of the Nagaland Beatbox Community, Lamgrace Dance Studio and others.
The Nagaland HipHop Music Festival continues to grow each year, further establishing Nagaland as a hub for hip-hop culture in India, the organizer stated.

“We are already looking forward to making next year’s event even bigger and better,” it stated.
