Governor condoles demise of Late Arvind Vaishampayan

Kohima, December 23 (MExN): Governor of Nagaland and Chairman of NEZCC, PB Acharya has expressed grief on the demise of Arvind Vaishampayan, Internal Auditor of North East Zone Cultural Centre (NEZCC),Dimapur.


In a condolence message, Acharya stated “Late Arvind Vaishampayan was appointed as Internal Auditor of North East Zone Cultural Centre, Ministry of Culture, Government of India with effect from 15th June, 2015 and his contribution during these periods as Auditor of NEZCC will be remembered by the all staff of NEZCC.” The message on behalf of his family and all the staff of NEZCC offered deepest condolence to Amit Vaishampayan, his wife and family. Acharya further prayed to God Almighty to grant strength and fortitude and prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.

 

DPON extends Christmas greetings

Dimapur, December 23 (MExN): The Dimasa Public Organization Nagaland (DPON) has wished one and all a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New year 2019. In a press release “May the spirit of joy and happiness of the celebration of Christmas abide in everyone today and throughout the New Year 2019,” a press release from President and General Secretary added.

 

NIIT Dimapur Center closed for Christmas

Dimapur, December 23 (MExN): NIIT Dimapur Center has informed that classes will remain suspended from December 24 to 26 owing to Christmas celebrations. Classes will resume from Thursday, December 27. Daniel Changkiri in a press release further wished everyone a merry Christmas.

 

Priestly ordination of Deacon James Kulvi SJ

Kohima, December 23 (MExN): The priestly ordination of deacon James Kulvi SJ will be solemnised by Most Rev. Dr. James Thoppil, the bishop of Kohima Diocese on December 27 at 10:00 am at St Joseph's College Indoor Stadium at Jakhama. Following the priestly ordination, the first thanksgiving mass will be celebrated on December 30, 9:30 am at Mary Help of Christians Church at Jakhama.
