Dimapur Electrical Division informs of power cut today
DIMAPUR, APRIL 24 (MExN): The office of the Executive Engineer, Dimapur Electrical Division, has informed that due to maintenance of 33 KV Transmission line Metha Feeder and Industrial Feeder, the area which falls under SDO(E) sub-division No. I and No. III, Dimapur, will be under shut down on April 25 from 6 am to 1 pm. A press note from Er Moameren, Executive Engineer, Dimapur Electrical Division, has requested consumers to bear the inconveniences.

Free Anti-Rabies Vaccination Camp 
DIMAPUR, APRIL 24 (MExN): Animal Concern is organizing a free anti-rabies vaccination camp on April 26 as part of their Social Responsibility Programme. A press note from Dr M. I. Imchen, Visiting Specialist Consultant, has informed those interested to contact the reception at 9089245468. The camp will be at Animal Concern, Near Zinyu Gas Service, Circular Road, Dimapur, from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.

KLH to convene 
KOHIMA, APRIL 24 (MExN): The general meeting of the Kohima Longsa Hoho (KLH) (Wokha District) will convene on April 26 at 1 pm at The Heritage, Old DC Bungalow, Raj Bhavan Road, Kohima. A press release from its vice chairman Rhyuzamo Ezung requested all the bonafide members of the Kohima Longsa Hoho to attend the said meeting.

CWAK general session on April 26
KOHIMA, APRIL 24 (MExN): The Chesezu Welfare Association Kohima (CWAK) is going to organize its 36th General Session cum picnic under the theme, “Together We Stand “, on April 26 at Kigwema Ground at 10 am. Director for School Education, Nagaland, Zaveyi Nyekha will grace the occasion as chief guest. Ex MLA Nuzota Swuro will also give an exhortation. A press release issued by its Chairman, Yota Swuro, has extended invitation to all members residing in and around Kohima and well wishers to grace the general session. The formal programme will be followed by an “entertainment hour.” It was further informed that transportation will be arranged between High School Junction to Kigwema Ground on the occasion, starting at High School Junction at 8 am, Tinpati at 8:10 am, Razhu Point at 8: 20 am, and PHQ Point at 8:30 am.

Kiyaneilie to attend Commonwealth’s Executive Committee Meet
DIMAPUR, APRIL 24 (MExN): Kiyaneilie Peseyie, Minister Social Welfare, and Executive Member, Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) representing India Region, will attend the Mid Year Executive Committee Meeting which will be held at St. James Court, London, UK, from April 28 to May 1.

PCRC to dedicate new church building
KOHIMA, APRIL 24 (MExN): The Peniel Christian Revival Church, Billy Graham Road, Kohima, will be dedicating its New Church building on April 27 at 10:00 am. A press note informed that Rev Dr Neikeduozo Paphino, President of NCRC, has consented to dedicate the Church for the “Glory of God.” Reverends and Pastors (license holders) are requested to bring their own gowns on the dedication service programme.

KBC organizes evangelistic youth camp
KOHIMA, APRIL 24 (MExN): An Evangelistic Youth Camp was organized by the Koinonia Baptist Church (KBC), Kohima. A press note informed that the three day camp was held under the theme “…..knowledge puffs, but love builds up” (1 Corinthians 8:1). It was held from April 17 to 22 at the Church Prayer Centre, Tsiesema. Speaking on the theme, Rev Zotuo Kiewhuo, Senior Pastor, Koinonia Baptist Church, stressed on the need to have a strong relationship with God. “All knowledge that you have gained should draw you closer to God and knowledge without God leads us to a false way so you should look at Jesus as the author and finisher of our faith,” he added. Medotseilieü Kiewhuo, Assistant Pastor, Koinonia Baptist Church, and Neibalie Kiewhuo, Assistant Pastor, Koinonia Baptist Church, also spoke during the programme. Altogether 194 campers attended the programme. On the last day of the camp, 21 youngsters were given baptism. Lhouzakie Rutsa, Deacon, was the camp director, while Praise and worship was led by Mhalevilie Yongo and friends.
