Car passes for 7th NLA Session to be issued from August 29
Kohima, August 26 (MExN): The Nagaland Legislative Assembly Secretariat has announced that car passes for the Seventh Session of the 14th Assembly, scheduled for September 2–4, will be issued from August 29 to September 1 during office hours, 10:30 AM to 4 PM. Accordingly, it has informed all Ministers, Advisors, and AHODs to collect their car passes from the Special Secretary (Home), Civil Secretariat, Kohima. MLAs and aides to members are also asked to collect passes from the Reception Counter at Gate No-II, while HODs, IPR officials, and media personnel can collect theirs from the Reception Counter at Gate No-I of the NLA Secretariat.
Varun Ahluwalia assumes charge as AG Nagaland
Kohima, August 21 (MExN): Varun Ahluwalia has assumed charge as Officer on Special Duty (SG of JAG), Accountant General (A\&E), Nagaland, Kohima, on August 21. According to the State DIPR, this follows Headquarters’ Office order No. 877-GE-1/1-2025 dated June 20. Meanwhile, Frederick Syiemlieh, Principal Accountant General (A\&E), has been relieved from the additional charge of the Office of the Principal Accountant General (A\&E), Nagaland, Kohima, the statement added.
