
KCCI informs business establishments, shopkeepers
KOHIMA, JANUARY 23 (MExN): The office of the Kohima Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) has informed all the business establishments and shopkeepers within Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) jurisdiction to clean, whitewash and paint the front side of their respective building and shops facing the roadside on account of Republic Day on January 26. The KCCI also fervently requested all business community to effectively carry out a social work like exercise on January 26 during the morning hours to face-lift the Capital city.
HSLC & HSSLC Exams: NBSE informs centre superintendents
Kohima, January 23 (MExN): The Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) has notified all Centre Superintendents of the HSLC & HSSLC Examination 2025 that there will be an online meeting on January 28 at 1 PM. Accordingly, the Board has requested all concerned to note the date, time, and participate in the meeting positively. The link for the meeting will be posted in the Centre Superintendent WhatsApp group at a later date, it added.
AHoDs & HoDs meeting on Jan 27
Kohima, January 23 (MExN): Chief Secretary, Nagaland, Dr J Alam has convened the next meeting of the Administrative Heads of Departments (AHoDs) and Heads of Departments (HoDs) to be held on January 27 at 11:00 AM in the Secretariat Conference Hall, Kohima. Agenda item include ‘100 Days Campaign of all line departments for eliminating Tuberculosis by 2025.’ All AHoDs and HoDs have been informed to make it convenient to attend the meeting positively.
10 anniversary of BBBP in Shamator Town
Shamator, January 23 (MExN): The 10 anniversary of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP) was observed at Cultural Hall, Shamator Town on January 22 organised by the District Hub for empowerment of Women (DHEW), Shamator in collaboration with District Administration. Imparting of speech and Oath taking ceremony was administered by the Deputy Commissioner & Chairperson DLC Mission Shakti, Chubatemjen. Inter-ward (female) song competition under the theme, ‘Aliberu Mongshi Khun’ was held to mark the occasion.
