Kohima, March 22 (MExN): Nagaland along with the rest of the world will observe Earth Hour on March 23. Former Nagaland Governor, Nikhil Kumar had in his final address at the recently concluded assembly session drawn the attention of the members of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly to observe Earth Hour on March 23. He had urged the people to voluntarily switch off non-essential lights for one hour from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM as a mark of solidarity and to create public awareness among the people.
