Kohima, April 28 (MExN): The Nagaland Football Association (NFA) has announced the final selected players for the upcoming U-20 National Championship 2026, to be held at Narayanpur, Chhattisgarh.
The players includes; Medongusie Kimho, Atou B Sumi, Kevisede Nakhro, Visielie Vesa, Haominlun, Solum Yim, Lamginlal, Vinato Achumi, Rokoselie Rhitso, Haominlal Sothou, Nokway Konyak, Enithung Ezung, Atou Aaron Sukhalu, Kevisevor Sashiimo, Mhasithuibo Abouna, Limathung Lotha, Lunmingou and Jared A. Awomi.
The team will be led by Seikhotinthang Thongson as manager with Khwhetelhi Thopi and Neithovilie Chalie as coach and assistant coach respectively.
NFA President K Neibou Sekhose informed that the team left for the tournament yesterday. Nagaland has been placed in Group B alongwith DNH & DD, Chhattisgarh and Manipur. Nagaland will face Manipur in its first match on May 2 at RK Ashrama Ground.
