The Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts, Delhi organised ‘Ishan Manthan’ a festival of the North East India at IGNCA, Janpath, New Delhi from March 25 to 27. The three-day festival concluded with a vibrant one hour presentation of Naga Folk, Fusion and English/Hindi songs by Nagaland’s Tetseo Sisters. The three-day festival was marked by celebration of the ethnicity and colours of NE India through films, literature, music, art and culture from the NE.
