Desist from accepting ‘yes’ every time
Addressing the felicitation programme here at Crescent International hotel, ANTA HQ Kohima President, Dziesevituo Solo congratulated all the achievers and wished them all success in their future endeavour.

He urged upon the students to recognize the sacrifice and toil rendered by parents for their academic pursuit. “Certificate is your asset,” he said and challenged the students to continue to uphold the spirit of hard work and strive for greater achievements in life.

Solo also told the students to always exercise the essence of ‘respect’ in their dealings and also maintain a positive attitude.

He also asked the students to put God first in every work they do in order to excel in life.

Further, Solo told the students to desist from accepting “yes’ every time from friend circle, as it breeds misconduct sometime. Learn to say ‘no’ sometime for your good, he added.

Also congratulating all the achievers, ANTA HQ Kohima General Secretary, Meyieho Hibo urged upon the students not to feel proud with their achievement but to be humble and strive to achieve more ahead. He was optimistic that they will stay committed to their study and translate their parent’s sacrifice into a worthy investment.

The programme was chaired by ANTA HQ Kohima Joint Secretary, Aphrelie Suokhrie while vote of thanks was proposed by ANTA HQ Kohima secretary to the treasurer Victor Rutsa.

Mentionably, similar felicitation programme was held simultaneously by the respective ANTA units.
