DIMAPUR, SEPTEMBER 25 (MExN): The NDPP Youth Organisation concluded its two day leadership cum media seminar held on September 24 and 25 at the Conference Hall, NDPP Central Headquarter Chumukedima Dimapur.
A press release informed that the the resource persons for the three sessions were Hekani Jakhalu, Founder & Chair YouthNet; Ayieno Kechu, Media Officer to Chief Minister; and Akum Longchari, Publisher, Morung Express.
The Seminar was attended by presidents and general secretaries of the region’s Youth Organisation including the central officials of the NDPP Youth Organisation.
The Seminar began by observing a minute of silence in respect of the demise late Imtikumzuk Longkumer, Advisor Sericulture & Excise Department. The seminar was participatory and practical workshop where in self-awareness on ones strength and weaknesses, development of one’s quality and skills to be implemented in real life were few of the emphasis of the workshop.
The resource persons also encouraged the participants to set clear goals, conduct oneself with integrity, and also bridge fact and truth as youth leaders themselves.
