NIFAA silver Jubilee Awardees from Nagaland.

Kohima, September 26 (MExN): A 21-member delegation from Nagaland made a mark at the National Integrated Forum of Artists and Activities (NIFAA) Silver Jubilee Awards 2025, held at the Bharat Mandapam , New Delhi from September 21 to 24.
NIFAA, one of the country’s largest non-profit organisations and a Guinness World Record holder, hosted the prestigious event.
According to an update, Affe Winkangshu and Rhutsomu Pfithu were honoured with the NIFAA State Award for their exceptional service and significant contributions to society.
The forum also recognised eight young achievers from the state with the ‘Young Champion Community Award’ for their impactful work as social media influencers, social workers, NSS volunteers, and public figures.
The awardees are C. Chatwang Konyak (Mon), Khumo H (Noklak), Kipangwala Longchar (Mokokchung), Enyuh Phom (Longleng), Tinglem Konyak (Chümoukedima), Thritong Sangtam (Kiphire), Nüveta Khüsoh (Kohima) and Mezilung Nchang (Peren).
Adding a vibrant cultural touch to the occasion, a troupe from the Konyak community captivated the audience with a traditional dance performance that showcased the rich and diverse heritage of Northeast India. The performance received an enthusiastic response from over 2000 spectators in attendance.
