Tuensang, December 13 (MExN): The first edition of Christmas Night Carnival to be held from December 12-14 organised by District administration and frontal NGOs Shamator was inaugurated by Brig SK Shoeran SM, 7 Sector Assam Rifle, Tuensang and Col. Mohit Singh SM, Commandant 45 Assam Rifles Shamator as chief guest and guest of honour on December 12.The programme was hosted by Achimla Momo, Invocation by Rev Thsankiu pastor Shamator town Baptist church, key note address by Lankonsen Tsanglao ADC Shamator.
