Dimapur, July 23 (MExN): In order to extend career opportunities and assuring “no more job search,” NIIT organized the ‘job fair 2011’ for graduates in Dimapur today. A good number of students turned up for the walk-in interview held at NIIT Dimapur Centre. This job fair is a part of NIIT’s effort to organize various placement events exclusively for graduates. The objective of the job fair is to reduce demand and supply gap; while equipping students with the required technical skills and expertise to enhance their employability and confidence.
Several reputed companies took part in the job fair; conducting interviews for several hours in two sessions. Companies like HN Constructions, Synergy Systems, chartered accountancy firms, beauty companies, media houses and IT companies like HCL and Clairvoyance Technology Private Limited recruited candidates. Clairvoyance Technology Private Limited, the company conducting the ongoing Biometric recruited more than 50 candidates for the job. The job fair was organized by NIIT Dimapur in partnership with CII.
