Niuland Area Students’ Union general conference was held under the theme 'for a better generation' at Henito village from December 27 to 29.

Niuland, January 4 (MExN): The three-day long Niuland Area Students’ Union (NASU) general conference was held under the theme 'for a better generation' at Henito village from December 27 to 29.
NASU media cell in a press release said that Kasheto Z Yepthomi, Class I Contractor inaugurated the conference as chief guest while Dr Andrew Ahoto Sema, President NPP Nagaland was the guest of honour. Kahoshe Sumi, Assistant Professor, Nagaland University spoke on the theme.
Advocate Hitoka Swu and Nuneseno Chase, Director YouthNet exhorted the gathering, while Tokishe P Zhimo, President, Niuland Area GBs Union and Kakishe Shikhu, President, Niuland Area Citizens Forum delivered greetings.
The conference was attended by GBs, Former leaders, members of WSSU, KGSU, KASU and AASU. Various cultural competitions were also held during the course of the conference. More than a thousand students attended the conference.
Meanwhile, it also informed that the new team will be led by T Kavika and Q Kitoka as President and General Secretary.
