DIMAPUR, JULY 11 (MExN): The Boys U16 Inter-District (Multi-Days) Tournament 2024 concluded with Niuland clinching the championship title. Niuland emerged as the champions, demonstrating superior performance throughout the tournament. Kohima secured the runners-up position, putting up a strong fight till the end.
The Player of the Tournament was Salangdangba Longkumer (Mokokchung U-16), who was a standout performer, scoring 216 runs and taking 12 wickets in 6 innings.
With 216 runs in 6 innings, Salangdangba demonstrated consistent batting prowess, securing the title of Best Batsman.
Amongti Lkr’s exceptional bowling, resulting in 26 wickets in 6 innings, made him the tournament’s Best Bowler.
