Kohima, January 24 (MExN): All members of the Twelfth Nagaland Legislative Assembly are informed that “as usual in order to obtain the ‘Clearance Certificate’ from the NLA Secretariat.
The members are to produce the Treasury Challan in accordance with the allotment order of the condemned vehicle (Reserved Price/Depreciated Value), if not to surrender I he vehicle. All the MLAs are requested to collect the allotment order of their condemned vehicles from Transport Branch of Assembly Secretariat from 30th January, 2018 onwards during Office working hours.
The members need to clear all the outstanding dues of medical advances and advance TA/DA, vacate the rooms and hand over the keys by the Members who have been allotted the Room in the Legislators' Home, return the Assembly Library books by Members who have borrowed. The Clearance Certificate will be issued on February 2 onwards from the NLA Secretariat.
