DIMAPUR, JUNE 10 (MExN): Stating that the Naga Mother’s Association (NLA) was shocked with the “repeated fiasco of the Nagaland University examination system and the declaration of wrong results of our children during the previous years, including the last few days”, the NMA has written to the Nagaland College Principals Forum addressed to Dr P.S Lorin.
The NMA informed that at its emergency meeting, held on the 9th June 2012, it had resolved to seek “accountability from the Nagaland College Principals Forum to ensure justice for our children, whose careers are being destroyed by the faulty online examination system and the irresponsibility of the Bangalore based firm and the University Authority”.
“Therefore, as concerned mothers, the NMA demands that the Principals Forum come our publicity on their stand in this continuous destruction of our children’s future and what concrete steps have been initiated by the Forum for corrective measures, to the University”, stated a press note issued by Mrs. Abeiu Meru, President and Mrs. Lochumbeni Humtsoe, General Secretary of the NMA.
The NMA also demanded that the Principals Forum file an FIR immediately with the SP (CRIME) Nagaland to investigate into Infratel Mindlogics, Bangalore, previous Vice Chancellor Prof. K. Kannan, “who brought in the firm after signing an MOU signing crores of rupees, and the present University Authority, to bring an end to such irresponsible activity and criminal intention to destroy the career of our children”.
