NNP+ President passes away

DIMAPUR, OCT 3 (MExN): Seyie Dolie, the President of NNP+ (Network of Naga People living with HIV/Aids) passed away yesterday at 3.00 pm, at his residence in Dimapur.  Seyie, who came from a recovering background, overcame many personal and physical struggles to become an untiring activist for people living with HIV/AIDS. As a man of deep intelligence and strong leadership abilities, Seyie not only spoke openly about his status, but did everything that he could to mobilize a movement of positive people to affect change at the policy levels. At the time of his demise, Seyie was also the Vice Chairman, Nagaland Drug Users and PLHA Forum.
